protien is essentiel to prevent muscle loss
so i descided to change one meal with a protien shake
ingredients of the shake:
flax seed
spirulina
ginseng
ginko biloba
100gr. protienpowder
water
morning:
shake
2 pieces of fruit
noon:
veggies, broth, yoghurt if im real hungry or think im gonna pass out
evening:
veggies, nuts, fisch/soja/yoghurt
i will also drink two cups of green tea every day
drink 1,5, liter of water
and take a multivitamin tablet.
